Fine Art Prints Any form of copying requires ownership of the
copyright or authorisation by way of a specific licence from the right holder.
It is the responsibility of all customers to ensure that copyright is fully
owned or authorised for the reproduction of all aspects of the work including
the main image and any form of logos and decals; and indemnify Niche against any
claims of copyright.
We will endeavour to colour match print reproductions as closely
as possible but this cannot be guaranteed. proofs can be produced for our
customers. It is highly preferable if the original artwork or an accurate source
print can be provided as an aid to the proofing process. Any work carried out
after we have decided we have achieved the closest possible colour match will be
charged as additional work.
All digital image files that are produced by Niche are physical
and intellectual property of Niche. The copyright and intellectual property of
the original artwork belongs to the producing artist. if at any time a digital
image file is required, then a fee is payable in proportion to the required
image size as well as fees for scanning and transfer to a CD or DVD. After Niche
has produced the first print of an artwork then the digital files will not be
released for that artwork under any circumstances except for low resolution
promotional purposes and at the discretion of Niche.
All prints will be provided for pick up wrapped in Tissue paper.
We do not undertake posting and packaging.
All customers are advised to arrange adequate insurance as Niche
will not accept any direct or indirect responsibility for damages or losses
other than for our materials and labour charges.
The placing of any order constitutes an acceptance of the Niche
terms and conditions.
If a framing order is not collected within 60 days
subject to change at any time without notice.
