Conservation Framing

We at Niche take conservaton framing very seriously and stock a large amount of conservation materials from tape to glass.  We are the leading framers of both origional and limited editions in Bristol.

When framing any item of personal value or money value it is important to think of the following parts.

Glass

We offer three conservation grades of conservation glass that reduce UV damage to colours by 98%.  These three grades are conservation clear, reflection control and museum.   As well as the standard grades of glass, clear and non-reflective.

Mountcard

We have a comprehensive collection of standard ph neutral white core mountboards.  We also have available both museum and conservation level boards for use on Limited Edition and Origional pieces.  These are availble in double and single thicknesses.

Beveled Accents

Beveled accents are a deeper mount to add and extra dimension to your artwork.
